Lecica Peloris II (Tissue processor), HistoCore Arcadia C – Cold Plate, and HistoCore Arcadia H – Heated Paraffin Embedding Station are some of the brand-new machines in our state-of-the-art clinical laboratory.
The HistoCoren Arcadia, for example, has an advanced modular tissue embedding system that incorporates two separate components, the Arcadia H heated embedding module and the Arcadia C cold plate.
The HistoCore Arcadia H is designed for simple operation allowing for easier control, smoother, more efficient workflow, speed, and high quality, precise results.
HistoCore Arcadia C can process and hold more than 60/65 cassettes on its cold plate surface. Since a stable temperature is important in a modern lab, the cold plate is designed to have a stabilized temperature of -6 °C, ensuring that we produce consistent and reliable results in our fully automated advanced lab.
Leica RM 2255 Microtome – Designed for fully motorized sectioning of both paraffin- and resin-embedded specimens
Leica Autostainer XL – to provide reproducible, consistent, high-quality staining and increased workload throughput. It combines with the CV5030 Glass Coverslipper to create a workstation that eliminates the manual handling of slide racks between staining and coverslipping with quality, H & E Stain.
Leica Bond III quality IHC (Immunohistochemistry) Stainer – the fully automated IHC and ISH stainer that delivers what really matters: speed, efficiency, and quality. Immunohistochemistry is used in diagnostic and prognostic surgical pathology to assess which tumors are likely to respond to therapy, by detecting the presence or elevated levels of the molecular target.
