General Medicine is the medical specialty dealing with the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of adult diseases.

Grand Hantha International Hospital’s general medicine physicians provide comprehensive care including

• Evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of adult health problems in both out-patient and in-patient settings.
• In coordination and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team of surgeons, neurosurgeons, nephrologists, neurologists, neurosurgeons, rheumatologists, and other specialists, our general medicine physicians oversee the patients’ problems and timely referrals if needed.
• Preventive health services such as health check-ups according to an individual’s need, and screening of diabetes, hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, and heart diseases.
• Preoperative medical risk assessment before surgery

We have 66 examination suites, 24/7 resident general medicine physicians care, a blood sample collection unit, 24/7 diagnostic imaging services and laboratory services, a 700-bed in-patient facility, an intensive care unit, and a coronary care unit.
